Objective

          BGIMT Training and placement cell is established with an objective of providing employment opportunities to students in prestigious organizations and enhancing employability through all-round personality development of students. The expectations of industries from Management and Information Technology graduates are on the rise because of changing business scenario marked by fierce competition due to globalization of businesses. MBA's and MCA'S to meet the expectations of employers should possess an in-depth knowledge in chosen discipline along with soft skills like communication skills, inter personal behavior, leadership qualities ,ability to work and lead in a team and goal oriented approach etc. BGIMT Training and placement cell prepares the students to meet these challenges by the designing, planning and implementing training programs. Training and placement cell is headed by training and placement officer (TPO) and faculty members from Management & Computer Department. The institute has a good record of placements.
